Time to Get in Shape

So Correy and I have decided to start eating healthier, with less fast food and to exercise more. We both have bought new running shoes and are trying to go on nightly walks of at least a mile. Although it has turned into every other day instead because something or other always seems to come up. We try to go right after dinner and then we walk till it gets too dark to walk. So how far we walk depends on what time Correy gets home from work. It is really nice, because we take the dogs and we get to have family time without all the distractions you have at home.
And as far aseating better, we have been the past few days and plan on keeping it up, although this next week could be hard because we are going to be out of town and then my mom and little brother are going to be intown.
